Biography of the founders:
Has 35 years of experience in radio communication structures and microwave transmission. He was actively involved in building wireless networks in Canada. Later, at the helm of his first company, he participated in the first developments of renewable energy in Quebec and Canada. Today, Jean-François is co-owner and President of Groupe Consertek LM, responsible for management and strategy of the company, overseeing company operations, setting goals and leadership.

- 2011 - Consertek LM Group Inc founded by Line Merenda and Jean-François Lefebvre (LM = Lefebvre - Merenda)
- 2014 - The Consertek Telecom Inc Division was incorporated to distinguish itself in the Telecommunications industry
- 2015 - The Consertek E4Energy Inc Division was created to distinguish the company's services in the Renewable Energy industry. An office in Mississauga, Ontario is offering its products and services to meet local service demand
- 2017 - The American Division Consertek USA Inc is founded in the United States in the state of Delaware and is established in Plattsburgh, New York in order to offer its products of supports and accessories manufactured in Quebec, Canada
- 2019 - The Telecom and E4Energy divisions are merged into a single operating division Consertek Inc being well established in the Canadian market and having made its mark
- 2022 - Alberta - Branch office in Medicine Hat, Alberta to meet the demand in Western Canada
